The GP Job

The practice is looking for a GP to join the existing team. You will work 8 sessions per week with appointments scheduled at 15 minute intervals. The practice offers minor surgery and skin checks. 

The salary offered will be a minimum of $174K for 8 sessions per week. The salary will be dependant on your experience and length of time committing to the practice.  Contracts are minimum 2 years however 1 year contracts can be considered for the right GP. There is a 3 month notice period and relocation assistance and assistance with medical registration and visa is offered.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional General Practitioner to join our 13-GP strong practice. Most GPs work part time. There are 6 nursing staff and a team of reception and administration staff. The experienced team look after a mixed demographic of patients.

They are a registered training practice affiliated with the University with currently 1 Registrar. There is onsite pathology, onsite allied health, diabetes educator plus an onsite gym. 

The GP Job

You will be offered 65% of billings with a minimum guarantee for 3 months. There are flexible hours on offer with a 1:12 Saturday morning. In this private billing practice, doctors see 4 patients per hour with the standard private billing fee of $92.

It is a friendly team with a good mix of experienced and newer GPs. Supervision is in place for overseas trained GPs.

GP Job Rural SA – Guaranteed Income of $400K – Pilot training and License fully funded

This is a sole GP position where you will be the only doctor in town. You will be replacing a UK trained GP in the practice and will have plenty of support from the wider team. The practice hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm with on call requirement at evenings and weekends. On-call has been very well managed by the previous GP and is initially nurse led so very few call outs required.

The Practice

The practice is a very comfortable, large, solo practice with administration staff and Registered nurses. There is allied health and community nursing staff within the same building. The local hospital is just 100m from the practice. The patient base is mixed with a fairly young population. 

The practice opening hours are Monday to Friday only and there is an on-call requirement for evenings and weekends. Primarily managed by the nursing staff, the previous doctor received around one phone call per fortnight. Non priority cases can be managed by video facility from Adelaide however more urgent cases need to be managed to coordinate hospital transfer to Adelaide either by ambulance or the Flying Doctor service. 

As part of the role you will need to manage the hospital inpatients. There may be 2-3 inpatients at any one time, the previous doctor would see the patients in the afternoon during the week and then once at weekends as required. 

The Position

The community are looking for a GP to replace the existing UK doctor. You will be offered a guaranteed income of $400K plus house and car for the duration of the contract. Your relocation costs will be covered up to $20K plus your visa application cost. There are additional ongoing rural incentive payments.

The GP owner is still involved in the practice and will offer initial supervision and ongoing support. You will have video access to Consultants based in Adelaide for more complex cases and for general advice. 

We’re looking for a GP who is keen for the challenge and excitement of such a role. Full training can be provided in Australia with plenty of opportunities to upskill where required. 

You will have lots of support from the local community where ongoing GP support is valued. The local council have offered to fund the training of your Pilots licence in addition to the salary package. 

Location

This is a very interesting rural GP position based in South Australia  500km west of Adelaide. The town is a friendly farming community with fairly young population of 1200. 

It is an agricultural town with the majority of the population working in related industries.

There is a beautiful coastline 45 minutes away and national parks are a 40 minute drive. In the town there is a school from Kindergarten to High school. There is a swimming pool, sports centre and golf club and places to eat and drink.

There is a minimum hourly guarantee for the first 3 months and percentage increases to 70% once you have full medical registration.  The practice has a house which is close to the practice and available for you for the first 3 months to help you settle in.

You will be given the time and the training to enable you to build up and maintain your patient base and have the support to be able to bill effectively. The practice has a strong nursing team and specialist equipment to allow you to be a GP to the best of your ability. 

The practice is looking for a high quality GP who is looking to provide excellent continuity of patient care. Patients will travel to the practice to see their own GP.

Patient demographics are varied however lends to a more affluent patient base who are invested in their health. There are 2 other UK GPs working at the clinic who have settled in well.

The GP Job

You will be offered 65% of billings with a minimum guarantee initially. The practice is open on weekends and public holidays however there is no expectation to work these days and your standard working hours are flexible. 

It is a multicultural team with GPs where new GPs are made to feel welcome and settle in. There is ongoing teaching within the practice which counts towards your CPD requirements and a doctor WhatsApp group for general queries. There are regular case note / speaker discussions which help to maximise on income potential.

The practice is looking for a GP with a commitment to patient care and a desire to be involved in a supportive team environment. Although the money will follow; the team are focused on finding a doctor who has an interest in career progression and a commitment to patients and the community.

The GP Job

You will be offered an excellent salary and relocation package. Working hours are generally 8 sessions per week with a full day off. There is amazing collegial support within our Practice, including from three Fellow GPs.

The practice is open Monday to Friday and operate morning and afternoon sessions. Each session has twelve 15-minute patient appointments.

Located within the Manurewa-Papakura ward of Auckland.  The ward has a total population of around 190 000 people.  There are plenty of activities to do in your spare time.
