Emma Cook – M.D.

Emma Cook leads the team at Transition Medical.

Educated in Scotland with a degree from an Edinburgh University, Emma has had a number of senior recruitment roles before setting up the company.

‘I set up Transition Medical as I passionately believe in providing a professional and friendly service to help GPs move to Australia and New Zealand. Having a family of my own and having lived overseas previously, I can understand many of the concerns which GPs express when confronted by the scale of the move. I don’t believe this is a 9-5 job so therefore I want our company to be available when you are.

I’ve been helping professionals find fantastic positions throughout the world for over 15 years and have been specialising in GP recruitment to Australia and New Zealand for over 10 years. It’s very important for me to provide a professional, friendly service.’
