We’re looking for full-time or part-time GPs to join these wonderful, modern, state of the art practices in an amazing location on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW. You would be joining an experienced team of doctors and UK GP owned.
They are looking for several doctors to join over the coming year to service our rapidly growing patient base. The practice has been established in the area for many years and are keen to expand to meet the patient demand.
This is a progressive bulk billing practice committed to providing high quality, comprehensive healthcare suited to needs of their patients. It is purpose built with state of the art treatment rooms and facilities supported by a team of full time nursing staff, pathology and on-site allied health.
Working hours are managed as part of a roster system. The practice is open Monday to Friday and on a Saturday morning in rotation with all doctors in the practice. Saturday appointments are privately billed. There are full or part time positions available.
The Location
The Central Coast region is 1 – 1.5 hours north of Sydney and is a favourite weekend destination for Sydney locals and a top tourist spot. The area is known for its beautiful harbour setting, lovely beaches, pretty local villages, boutique hotels, stunning coastal terrain, great shopping and lush national parks.
A really popular area, which has just opened up for UK trained GPs again, this is a great opportunity to have an amazing coastal lifestyle with easy access to Sydney at the weekend.
The practice is in a beachside suburb. The local area has great restaurants and cafes, there is good schooling including an excellent Grammar School. The area hub of Gosford is a short drive providing easy access into the city of Sydney.
The practices are centrally located between Sydney and Newcastle in the Central Coast region on beautiful Lake Macquarie and at the foot of the Watagan Mountains. The group is made up of several surgeries and an allied health hub.
The GP role is well supported with a very friendly team of 14 GPs, 8 registered nurses, a visiting cardiologist and urologist and an allied health team consisting of a Podiatrist, Dietician, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and a Mental Health Nurse.
Opening hours of the practice are Monday – Friday only. The practices are busy and in need of doctors so you will be able to build a strong patient database.
GP Job 1.5 hours from Sydney – The Practice
We’re looking for a GP to start as soon as possible once paperwork is complete. The practice is in an area which has recently been granted DPA status so a great chance to work close to Sydney City.
This is a very friendly practice which is a community focussed and has a strong affiliation with the patients. There is a team of Doctor’s and support staff who will help to support you settle in and deliver quality care. This is a modern well equipped practice with chronic disease management clinics, pathology and access to allied health available.
The Location
The practice is located in The Blue Mountains which is a rugged region west of Sydney in Australia’s New South Wales. Known for dramatic scenery, it encompasses steep cliffs, eucalyptus forests, waterfalls and villages dotted with guesthouses, galleries and gardens.
Sydney is just 1.5 hours drive from the Blue Mountains. Sydney is the capital of the state of NSW located on Australia’s southeastern coast, Sydney is the country’s largest city, best known for its harbour front Sydney Opera House, with a distinctive sail-like design. The city is constantly evolving with new restaurants, cafes, theatres offering an abundance of culture.
GP Job South Coast NSW – The Practice
This is a wonderful medical centre based on the South coast of New South Wales. The practice is in a stunning coastal town offering that enviable work / life balance.
This is a large practice with a strong team of GPs, nursing and admin staff with a host of services such as MRI, imaging, pathology, radiology and allied health onsite. The practice is well established in the area and very busy.
There is a strong team based culture where GPs meet every morning for coffee and have an hour for lunch. There are showers in the practice for that run along the beach at lunch. The practice has a smaller practice close by with 2 consult rooms and some GPs choose to work across both practices.
The Position
This is a 4 day per week position; 5 days may be worked if you wish. You will be offered 65% of billings with full control over your patient base and how many patients you wish to see during the day. The practice is mixed billing with around 80% of the patients bulk billed.
You will have plenty of freedom to practise and develop your skills. Many of the GPs provide services at the District Hospital and most have areas of interest including minor surgery, skin cancer management and sport / diving medicine. The practice is at the forefront of training for GP Registrars and medical students.
The Location
The main practice is located in the Eurobulla region on the South coast of New South Wales. Traditionally the area was known for timber, fishing and market towns and has developed into a holiday destination for those coming from Canberra and Sydney. The coastline has lovely seaside towns from Batemans Bay to Tuross, all of which are commutable to the practice.
The towns have Saturday markets with fresh food, lovely shops and music festivals. There are excellent public and private schools in the area of course a wonderful outdoor lifestyle.
GP Job Alice Springs- The Practice
This is a private billing GP practice based in Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. It is a lovely collegial practice where you are offered the support to practise the way you want.
It is the oldest practice in Alice Springs, GP owned with 5 doctors and a strong team of administrative staff. They have visiting specialists such as Cardiologist, General surgeon, Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. It is a full accredited teaching practice with GP Registrars.
You will have full control over your working day and how many patients you wish to see. It is a busy practice with plenty of patients where doctors can earn a good income in a relaxed patient environment.
The practice is open Monday to Friday and a Saturday morning where all GPs take a share in the roster – this is only until 10.30am for walk ins.
The hospital is just around the corner and there is full support for any emergencies plus the support of the Royal Flying Doctor service.
The Location
Alice Springs, is the heart of Australia’s Red centre and is known as the gateway to the Northern Territory’s outback. In the town itself, you’ll find an impressive array of outback activities from camel rides to sunrise hot air balloons. But escaping to nature isn’t difficult either. With an array of epic day trips accessible at your fingertips, you can float in freshwater swimming holes, explore the awe-inspiring Kings Canyon or marvel at the magnificent Uluru.
The town has a lovely small town feel where nowhere is more than 5 minutes away. There are excellent facilities including a 50meter outdoor pool with indoor pool and leisure centre, sports centre with anything from tennis to archery to football. There is an Arts centre and outdoor night markets.
There is a wide selection of schools with three secondary schools, two of which are private and offer a great education including plenty of time for outdoor education and exchange programmes.
GP Job Wollongong – The Practice
This is a 2 centre GP owned group based in an area of unspoilt paradise just south of Wollongong and Sydney.
The group have 6 doctors currently working with a reception team and 2 Registered nurses, managed by a Practice Manager. The practices are mixed billings and open from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. The practice also has allied health and pathology onsite.
The group are training practices and can offer support and supervision whilst you complete your 6 month work based assessment. There are opportunities to then get involved in training and teaching of other doctors and staff if desired.
The Position
The position is available to start as soon as the paperwork has been completed. This is ideally a full time position however a part time position can be accommodated. Income potential is excellent with total billings expected to be between $500 – $700K of which you will take your percentage.
You can manage your day as you wish with GPs seeing between 4 – 6 patients per hour. You will have the opportunity to make a fantastic income whilst making a big impact in the local community. With onsite nursing and admin support, you will have the opportunity to enjoy hassle free work focusing on patient care.
The Location
Less than 1 hour from Wollongong and 2 hours from Sydney. The town is minutes drive from sandy, white beaches. The crystal clear waters are perfect for swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving.

GP Job Tasmania – Rural practice on Tasmania’s beautiful coastline
This lovely, rural practice on the beautiful Tasmanian coastline are looking for an additional GP. The practice has a well- equipped treatment room, staffed by Nurses who provide a range of services. You will be joining a highly supportive, collegial team of Doctors, nursing and administration staff who all work together to deliver quality care to the local population.
The practice has Allied Health and a pharmacy onsite.
GP Job Adelaide – The Practice
This medical practice is seeking experienced GPs to provide patient-centred care at the clinics. You will address health needs and promote wellness for patients of a variety of ages, with a range of medical conditions, delivering skilled health assessment, diagnosis and treatment services. Excellent income potential up to $400,000, with session flexibility to fit around your life. This is an established practice, it’s been in the local area since the 1970s. They have 30,000 patients on their books and welcome around 200 new patients every month.
There are 20 GPs across both centres working a mix of full and part time hours. They are supported by a fabulous team of nurses, dietician, psychologist, counselling, podiatrist, physiotherapy, a dispensing pharmacy and pathology collection centre.
The clinics are mixed billing and offer bulk billings consultations to children and for chronic health and mental health management consults. Patient consultations are between 10 – 15 minutes with longer appointments on offer for those who need.
The practice includes a comprehensive induction/orientation for all new GPs and a team who will help you manage all the paperwork to get you set up in practice and provide ongoing support.
Both clinics are state of the art and purpose built, there is onsite physiotherapy and Pilates studio along with a recording studio where they carry out training and loan out medical journals to those studying for their exams.
This practice is also a training clinic, there are many IMGs and registrars and love to support them on their journey to fellowship. In the last two years they have had a 100% success rate with registrars on passing all of their exams and they have around 6 registrars per semester.
GP Job Adelaide – The Practice
This is a 3 GP practice with one Registrar. Owned by one of the GPs and the Practice Manager, this is a lovely teaching practice based just south of Adelaide.
It is located in a mid socio economic area which sees young families through to end of life care. A mixed billing practice where they private bill some patients with the majority being bulk billed. Alongside the GPs there are 2 nurses and 5 reception staff. The is onsite allied health with podiatrist, dietician and pathology.
You can work flexibly over the working week. The practice is open from 8am – 7.30pm during the week and 10 – 4pm on a Saturday. Hours are flexible with each doctor taking one day each week to work until 7.30pm. You can start later on this day. Weekends are 1:4 and will increase to 1:6 when practice is at capacity.
This is a small family owned practice which has patients interests at heart. GPs generally see 4 patients per hour. They operate in a non corporate manner in a fun environment. They team work well together and they all try to achieve that perfect work / life balance.
