GP Job Adelaide – The Practice 

This is a 3 GP practice with one Registrar. Owned by one of the GPs and the Practice Manager, this is a lovely teaching practice based just south of Adelaide.

It is located in a mid socio economic area which sees young families through to end of life care. A mixed billing practice where they private bill some patients with the majority being bulk billed. Alongside the GPs there are 2 nurses and 5 reception staff. The is onsite allied health with podiatrist, dietician and pathology.

You can work flexibly over the working week. The practice is open from 8am – 7.30pm during the week and 10 – 4pm on a Saturday. Hours are flexible with each doctor taking one day each week to work until 7.30pm. You can start later on this day. Weekends are 1:4 and will increase to 1:6 when practice is at capacity.

This is a small family owned practice which has patients interests at heart. GPs generally see 4 patients per hour. They operate in a non corporate manner in a fun environment. They team work well together and they all try to achieve that perfect work / life balance.

Adelaide is known as the 20 minute city and outside the city it’s only a 45 minute ferry ride to Kangaroo Island and the Barossa wine region only one hour away.
