The hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm., with an emphasis on work-life balance with no after-hours or weekend commitments.  The practice also offers additional supporting services including Psychology, Physiotherapy, Diabetes Educator, Dietician and Audiology.

This is a QPA accredited practice delivering high-quality care to the local community for over four years. The practice is located in a residential suburb located one hour north of Brisbane’s CBD.  

The practice is committed to providing comprehensive professional and tailored care across a wide range of medical needs in our community. There are 3 RNs, long standing reception team and Practice Manager. There is no allied health on site but within the same complex.  

Appointments are booked at 15 minute intervals.   The practice is currently open from Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with no weekends or public holidays.  

The Location 

Located in a residential suburb one hour north of Brisbane’s CBD. It is an area of DPA and allows you to either live on the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane with a commute to the practice.

From the city centre, it’s a fairly easy drive which takes around 55 minutes. One of the doctors lives in North Lakes which is a popular northern suburb and the other doctor lives on the Sunshine Coast.

The Location

This is a 4 GP practice based in a suburb of Rockhampton. About a 10 minute drive from central Rockhampton, the practice  looks after a lower socio economic patient base. There are 4 GPs and 4 nurses plus Practice Manager and reception team.

There is a large patient base covering the local area. The practice is mixed billing although many patients are bulk billed due to additional incentives offered by Medicare. You will see a mix of families, with a small aboriginal population.

The practice has a dedicated treatment room with 4 beds, 2 bed for kids and ECG and the other 2 for minor surgery procedures. There is the opportunity to practise skin and minor surgery and one of the doctors is happy to help upskill in these areas if required.

The income potential of the practice is very high, you can earn up to $2800 per day, after your percentage is taken off. Average billings per day are $3000 with no skin work or $4000 if you are doing skin procedures.

The practice is open Monday – Friday 8 – 5pm with a share in the Saturday only 1:4 weekends morning only.

The Location

Rockhampton is a coastal city in central Queensland with a population of 80,000. You can experience world class mountain bike trails, treetop boardwalks, aboriginal experiences, restaurants and bars plus day trips to the nearby Great Barrier Reef.

The Practice is part of a GP owned group of practices in Perth and the south. It has been established in the local area for many years and has 5 GPs. The team provide a full range of general practice services including family care, chronic disease, addiction management, lifestyle medicine and skin checks.  

 

The GP Job

The practice is looking for a GP as demand for appointments is exceeding those available. Mandurah is a fast growing area with huge demand for GPs. 

You will be offered a work environment which prioritises flexibility and allows you to practise the way you want. You will have the freedom to set your own working hours with full autonomy. This will enable you to practise according to your own style and expertise and any areas of clinical interest are encouraged.

Private fees are currently $85 for a standard consultation and $140 for a long consultation. You will have the choice to privately or bulk bill your patients and the patients will be made aware at time of booking. You will have the opportunity to be fully booked from day one.

GP Job QLD – Townsville – Guaranteed income of £150K

A well renowned group of GP owned teaching practices based in Townsville are looking for a GP to join their team. They have 25 doctors working across all practices and a fun, friendly team.

The group of 4 medical centres are opening a new practice which is 1 hour drive from Townsville.

You will join an existing team of GPs in this practice based in a town just outside Townsville in northern Queensland. The town has a local hospital staffed by GPs giving you the option to practise emergency care however not essential.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday with a share in the Sat am only and no after hours. This is an employed GP position offering $300K per year with an additional percentage top up if your total billings are higher.

Hours are flexible up to a maximum of 38 hours per week. The group are incredibly social and friendly. There are team events from triathlons to white water rafting plus there is scope to have tax breaks to have your own pilots licence.
