This is one of the larger health centres in New Zealand, it provides a multidisciplinary setting with a broad scope of services. Staff work in a collegial environment, with opportunities for Continuing Medical Education (CME). It nurtures a supportive team environment, where staff work collaboratively and professional development is encouraged across all roles.
The centre offers a range of benefits, including flexible working options, in-house medical and nursing programmes, and support for further education. It is Foundations Standards and Cornerstone Accredited, and operates as a teaching practice.
You can join the team on either a fixed-term or permanent basis. A range of engagement options are available, including contractor, employment, or ownership models. Sessions can be arranged to suit individual availability.
Staff are encouraged to contribute to how the centre operates through regular meetings and feedback processes.
