This is an extensive facility housing a huge range of medical services and although large, the practice is a close-knit team with some of the best facilities available. Each room is spacious with air conditioning, there is a well-equipped treatment room with full support from experienced nursing staff.

In addition to the general practice and accident & illness centre accepting cat 3, 4 & 5 patients form the Ambulance service, there is on site X-Ray and Radiology, QML Pathology with onsite lab, Blue Care, Open Minds, iHear, Chiropractor, 1300 Smiles, University of the Sunshine Coast clinical trials and Relationships Australia.

The newest addition is the recent launch of the BTC (Brain treatment Centre) which is really exciting for a variety of patients, especially treatment of those with Autism and PTSD. There is also a number of visiting specialists including a Musculoskeletal GP, Rehabilitation Registrar, Haematologist, Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist with more specialists coming onboard all the time. Opening shortly onsite will be a pharmacy, childcare centre and a café.

The Location

The area is around a 45-minute drive from Brisbane city centre and 45 minutes from the Sunshine coast. You could easily live in the northern suburbs of Brisbane and have less than 30-minute commute to work. With affordable housing and the huge expanse of infrastructure, this is a great place to develop your professional career, raise a family and even retire.

Nearby Bribie Island is a local hotspot for beaches and 4-wheel driving only a 20minute drive away. If you prefer the quiet life, there are great country locations on the outskirts of the main town such as, Rocksberg and Wamuran.

For families there is a choice of both private and state schools available. There are 4 state schools in the surrounding suburbs including Bribie Island. For those wanting to choose private education for their family there is a choice of Catholic College and Catholic Primary. There is a primary and secondary Lutheran College as well as prep to secondary Christian College.

The practice is near the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay with waterways and beaches. You can even buy homes that have waterway access with a pontoon and you can park your boat!
