GP Job 1 hour drive from Adelaide – The Practice

This is an accredited practice which has delivered high-quality care to the local community since 2005. The practice is centrally located close to local cafes, hotels, and shops.  The Medical Centre supports the development of Registrars and local University medical students with opportunities for those interested to get involved with the ongoing training of students.

It is an 8 GP practice supported by nursing and administration team. The practice is open Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm and closed on the weekends. The practice offers a range of services including allied health, corporate health, minor surgery and skin checks and aged care.

You will be offered the ability to manage and maintain flexible working schedules and doctor independence. The practice focuses on people to ensure staff and doctors are working in a happy, collegial environment. There are opportunities in place for professional development including development in specialist skills with a commitment from the practice to develop innovation in technology to allow you to do what you do best.

The Location

The practice is in a town less than one hour from Adelaide’s CBD. It is one of the fastest-growing areas outside of metropolitan Adelaide, with population growth expected to rise by 33.92% by 2041. The current population is approximately 6,240.
