The is a long-established private billing practice in Adelaide’s southern suburbs.  The practice has served the local community for more than 40 years and currently lists seven GPs, supported by a full-time nurse, Nurse Practitioner, administration and practice management staff.

The AGPAL-accredited clinic has five consulting rooms and provides comprehensive family medicine, chronic disease management, women’s and children’s health, mental health, skin cancer medicine, vaccinations, minor surgery and antenatal shared care. Pathology and allied health services are also available through the practice.

The practice  has an established, loyal patient base with strong ongoing demand and is currently recruiting additional GPs.

The Location

The practice is located in an established, leafy suburb in Adelaide’s southern foothills, around 16 km south of the CBD. Surrounded by mature trees, rolling terrain and extensive reserves, it offers a noticeably greener and more spacious environment than many metropolitan suburbs while remaining firmly within Greater Adelaide.

The suburb is particularly popular with families, with predominantly detached housing, good local amenities and easy access to schools, healthcare and recreation. Its position between the Adelaide Hills and the coast provides a useful balance, with the city, beaches and countryside all within relatively easy reach. Car journeys are approximately 25–30 minutes from central Adelaide outside peak periods. Blackwood, Aberfoyle Park, Happy Valley and Marion are nearby, providing additional shopping, dining and everyday services.

The coast is also surprisingly close, with Seacliff and Brighton beaches around 15–20 minutes away. Adelaide’s southern suburbs, Flinders University and Flinders Medical Centre are easily accessible, while the Adelaide Hills begin almost immediately to the east.
