GP Job-Wellington- The Practice

This 9 GP teaching practice is looking for a GP to join their full family healthcare practice located in the Hutt Valley and Upper Hutt community.

The practice is open five days a week, extended hours most evenings. The team consists of  GPs, practice nurses, and receptionists, they provide complete primary health care under one roof, are a Cornerstone and is RNZCGP quality accredited practice. 

Opening Hours 

Monday – Thursday 8am – 8pm 

Friday 8am – 5pm 

Sat / Sun Closed 

The Position 

We are looking for a GP to join our practice asap to work 8 sessions per week.  You will be fully supported in the role by our team of friendly doctors, we will offer great  career development opportunities.

The Location 

The practice is based in the suburb of Upper Hutt which is a 20 minute drive to the centre of Wellington and easy accessible to the beautiful Kapiti coastline. Upper Hutt is one of the suburbs which makes up the greater Wellington region and is easily accessed by the freeway and trainline. Silverstream has its own train station. 

Wellington is the capital city of New Zealand and is home to just over 400,000 residents, second to Auckland.
