GP Job Marlborough – The Practice
This is a 7 GP practice in the beautiful town in the Marlborough region of New Zealand. Located at the top of the South Island, the area enjoys lovely sunny weather with easy access to Wellington and the rest of NZ.
The practice has 7 GPs with 6 nursing staff. You will also be supported by Health Practitioner, Health coach, Pharmacist and administration staff. Doctors and nurses have special interests in sports Medicine, Women’s Health, Skin Lesions & Minor Ops, Spirometry and Diabetes.
The practice is open from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. There are 7000 patients who are well looked after by the team who are continually striving to review and refine for continuous improvement. They have recently moved into a new, purpose built building.
The Location
The practice is located in a town on the North east of the South Island of New Zealand with a population of almost 30,000. It is a great base where you can explore the local wine and food culture. Within the town there are popular walking routes, great range of shops, cafes and restaurants.
The skifields are just 90 minutes drive which offers skiing and snow boarding for the whole family. The wider Marlborough region is a haven for those who love wine with cellar doors and wineries open for tastings and lunches.
