GP Job – Marlborough – The Practice

We are recruiting for a well-established, modern medical centre in Marlborough seeking a dedicated GP to join a friendly and highly supportive multidisciplinary team.

The facility includes a fully equipped minor surgery suite, a dedicated triage area, and a range of specialised clinic rooms designed to support high-quality patient care.

The experienced and collaborative team consists of four General Practitioners, a Nurse Lead, four Nurses, a Health Care Assistant, a Health Improvement Practitioner, a Health Coach, six administrative/reception staff, and a Practice Manager. The team brings extensive expertise in primary healthcare, including four Fellows of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners.

Equity and patient-centred care are central to their approach. All staff undertake mandatory training in cultural competency, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, privacy, and child safety.  They offer comprehensive onsite inductions for new team members, alongside ongoing professional development and weekly full-team meetings to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with best practice.

The practice operates Monday to Friday with both morning and afternoon sessions. They utilise the latest cloud-based Medtech Evolution system, supported by Manage My Health, enabling patients to access results, book appointments, and request repeat prescriptions online.
