GP Job Adelaide Northern Suburbs

The practice is an accredited centre dedicated to the healthcare of the community. Their aim is to provide holistic, comprehensive health care for the patient population of all ages. They have a team of caring and experienced GPs covering a comprehensive range of high quality medical services.

The team consist of 2 GPs with Practice Manager, 2 nurses and 4 reception staff. They have allied health onsite including dietician, 4 physios, a podiatrist and visiting orthopaedic specialist. They have onsite pathology and dental clinic and pharmacy in the same building. They moved into a purpose built medical centre recently close to shops and cafes.

The Location

The practice is in the northern suburbs of Adelaide only a 30 minute drive from the city. Adelaide is South Australia’s cosmopolitan coastal capital. Its ring of parkland on the River Torrens is home to renowned museums such as the Art Gallery of South Australia, displaying expansive collections including noted Indigenous art, and the South Australian Museum, devoted to natural history.

The practice has a huge patient demand and have had to stop new patients joining. You will be able to build you patient base very easily given the demand. The practice is mixed billing with around 40% patients paying privately.

This is a full or part time position with hours negotiable. You will be offered full induction and support getting settled in. Working days are Monday to Friday as the practice is closed at the weekend
