We are very excited to introduce Laura Hudson as the newest member of the Transition Medical team.
Laura joined us in January 2017 to take on the role of managing the registration paperwork process for our GPs going to Australia and New Zealand.

Laura was educated in Scotland with a degree in Law from the University of Edinburgh. She spent a number of years recruiting doctors into international positions. Most recently, she has worked with the Royal College of Psychiatrists, helping her obtain a new perspective from within the Medical Colleges.

Having also spent time living and working in Australia and New Zealand, Laura understands the challenges and complexities of making an international move and is able to provide expert support and guidance throughout the process.

Emma commented: “with the number of doctors we have placed in Australia and New Zealand this year and the complexity of work this entails it was vital to expand the team. Having worked with Laura before I know first hand the experience and professionalism she will bring to us to help move Transition Medical forward and I was delighted she was able to come in and help us this year. I know that the GPs she will be working with will be in safe hands and that it will allow me to focus on expanding even further the new opportunities available to our clients looking to make the move.”
